Derby, VT—Community National Bank (CNB) President and CEO Kathryn Austin is pleased to announce the promotion of Justin Bourgeois to Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Business Development. This promotion recognizes Bourgeois’ continued commitment to our bank and its growth.
Justin joined CNB in 2009 as a Commercial Lender and was promoted in 2010 to Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. In 2018, Justin was named as Regional Vice President and in 2022 promoted to Senior Vice President. In 2011, Justin was recognized as a Rising Star by Vermont Business Magazine, now known as VermontBiz. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Champlain College and has attended the Northern New England School of Banking as well as many Risk Management Association (RMA) trainings and seminars. Justin volunteers his time in support of local youth academic and sporting activities and is a past Board Member of both Central Vermont Economic Development Corporation and Montpelier Alive.
