Mortgages and Home Equity Loans

Benjamin (Ben) joined the banking industry in 2022 as a Residential Lender. He also worked in the rental car industry with various management roles. Ben graduated from Lyndon State College with a major in Business Administration and Management. He holds a certificate in Residential Mortgage Lending from Center for Financial Training & Education Alliance (CFTEA) and has a certificate in Veterans Affairs (VA) Mortgage Lending. Ben makes his home in Lyndonville. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, playing golf and traveling.

Penelope "Penny" Johnson began her banking career as a Teller in 1987 for the former Lyndonville Savings Bank/Lyndon Bank. She held positions of Loan Admin Manager, Branch Manager and Loan Officer. She began lending in 1993 and continued her lending position through the merger of Lyndon Bank with Community National Bank in 2008. Penny was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2011 and has continued helping homeowners in the Orleans and Essex counties. Penny has earned a certificate of completion from the Northern New England School of Banking and has taken many courses through the Northern New England Center for Financial Training now called Center for Financial Training and Education Alliance. She currently is a member of the Vermont Bankers Association's Mortgage Committee.

Lindsey was born and raised in Central Vermont and is a graduate of Spaulding High School.  She has over 10 years of banking experience, and has taken several banking courses through Center for Financial Training & Education Alliance (formerly New England Center for Financial Training).  She is also a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and has completed several classes through Community College of Vermont.  Lindsey is a board director in several local organizations, valuing her community. You’ll find Lindsey out and about, where she enjoys volunteering at local events.  Lindsey resides in Barre Town with her family and their black Labrador retriever.
