Derby, VT—Community National Bank (CNB) is excited to once again be the main underwriter of Kingdom Games’ Dandelion Run. This springtime half marathon winds around scenic dirt roads in Morgan, Holland and Derby surrounded by bright yellow dandelions. Participants are serenaded by local musicians along the way. A percentage of all registration fees go directly to support Umbrella and its important work to support women, families and survivors of interpersonal violence. Tracy Roberts, CNB’s VP and Marketing Director and event volunteer shares, “We look forward to this event to welcome spring and love how it brings the community together. Every year we enjoy seeing our local community members and visitors that come to participate and support this event!”
This year’s run is May 20, 2023, with a start time of 9:00 AM. Participants must register before the day of the event online at kingdomgames.co. Registration includes a free pasta dinner the night before the run at the East Side Restaurant and lunch with music after the event.
The Dandelion Run welcomes all runners and walkers allowing the participant to choose a desired length at registration. Youth runners or walkers have a discount code of “YOUTH2023”. We hope to see you on the course!
