Derby, VT – Community National Bank (CNB) recently donated $10,000.00 to support Copley Hospital’s ongoing initiatives and fundraising events. Copley will use these proceeds towards purchasing a mammography tracking and reporting system, outfitting their new Waterbury Medical Office building as well as supporting their annual campaign. Sandy Pinard, Lead Radiology Technologist, shares her excitement for the mammography system upgrade, “This initiative will improve patients’ experiences and allow our team of technologists and radiologists to better serve patients.” CNB’s Morrisville Office Manager Billie Jo Wescom and Marketing Assistants Holly Pepin and Kayla Wright visited the hospital to view the Mammography Department and to deliver an auction item for the 2nd annual Stowe Art, Wine and Food fundraiser—a Vermont made cutting board from Derby Line Cutting Boards and More, LLC. And a Vermont made cheese knife from Rockledge Farm Woodworks, paired with a $100.00 Visa Gift Card. The highest bidder of this auction item can make their own fully-stocked Charcuterie board.
Copley is planning several fundraising events throughout the year. The 2nd annual Stowe Art, Wine and Food Fundraiser is June 1, 2023. Their 36th annual Golf Scramble will be July 15, 2023, and their 3rd annual Gravel Moxie event takes place on October 14, 2023.
