Community National Bank (CNB) CEO Kathryn Austin is proud to announce Lisa Hommel has joined Community National Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Lisa will be responsible for Retail Banking, Deposit Operations, Electronic Banking, Loan Servicing and Loss Mitigation.
Lisa comes to the bank with 35 years of experience working in the financial industry where her time was spent overseeing Deposit Operations, Retail, Compliance, and Loan Servicing. Most recently, she led a highly specialized team tasked with troubleshooting and resolving systematic problems affecting the client base. Lisa stated, “I’m excited to work for a local community bank, where I’m part of a team that strives to fulfill the financial needs of our customers while also supporting the civic needs of our communities.”
Lisa is a Vermont native and grew up in the Northeast Kingdom. Her favorite past times include running, golfing, snowshoeing and other outdoor activities. For the past couple of years, she has been a member and has served on the Green committee at the Country Club of Vermont. She and her husband Rick make their home in Island Pond, Vermont.
