Derby, VT—Community National Bank (CNB) CEO Kathryn Austin is pleased to announce Shelly Lontine has assumed the role of Newport Office Supervisor. Shelly started her career in the Newport office over 25 years ago.
Lontine joined CNB in 1999 as a part-time Teller at the Newport office. In 2002, she accepted a full-time Teller position. Shelly started working as a Teller in the Derby office in 2007. She’s been a Personal Banker in the Derby office for the last 15 years until she recently accepted the Newport Office Supervisor position. Lontine holds a Certified Teller certificate along with General Banking and Consumer Banking diplomas through Center for Financial Training & Education Alliance (CFTEA).
Shelly makes her home in Derby with her husband Steve and their three beagles. Shelly stated, “I look forward to working with the people of Newport and to be a part of the future growth in the area.”
