Derby, VT—Community National Bank President and CEO Kathryn Austin is pleased to announce the promotion of Holly Pepin from the position of Marketing Assistant to Treasury and Municipal Relationship Manager. With this promotion, Pepin will be an Officer of Community National Bank.
Pepin started her career with Community National Bank in 1995 as a Teller in our Derby Office. In 2001, she joined the Trust Department, where she worked for a year before leaving for 9 years to start a family. Holly returned to CNB in 2010 as a Teller in our Troy Office, where she remained until 2020 when she accepted the position of Marketing Assistant. Pepin is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Northern Vermont University. Pepin has taken many classes through the Center for Financial Training & Education Alliance (CFTEA). She is a designated Certified Teller and has received a General Banking diploma. Pepin shared, “I’m really looking forward to expanding my knowledge in my new role and growing CNB’s treasury and cash management services for our current and new customers while supporting the Commercial Banking team.”
