Don't be a victim of Counterfeit Checks!
Sign up for Positive Pay to easily review checks coming off your account that may not have been authorized by you.
How it works:
- Write checks for your bills as you normally would.
- Upload a CSV file from your accounting software to your Online banking or manually enter the checks.
- Once the checks come back to CNB for processing you will be notified if there is a discrepancy. This will be called an exception.
- Log in to your Online banking to check your exceptions and choose to pay or return.
