How do I cancel a lost or stolen CNB debit card?

You can report your debit card lost or stolen on our CNB Banking App. You will find this option at the bottom of the main page on the app under "Card Management." If you don't have our app, contact us as soon as you know that your debit card is missing.

Debit cards can be suspended by calling your local office or using our CNB Mobile banking app.

If you have a checking account with us, contact your local office to request to have a debit card issued for your account.

What do I do if I discover Debit card fraud?

If you discover a debit card transaction that you do not recognize first double check that you did not authorize the transaction. Then go to your Mobile or Online banking and turn off your debit card. Call your local CNB office as soon as possible and speak to a Customer Service Representative to report the transaction. 

Can I use my debit card at an ATM?

Debit cards can be used at ATMs.

If a debit card is linked to a checking account it can be used at ATMs and to make purchases. If a debit card is only linked to a savings account, the card may only be used at ATMs and cannot be used for retail purchases.

Can I add my debit card to a Mobile Wallet?

CNB debit cards are available on Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. Please visit our debit cards page to learn about loading your debit card to a mobile wallet.
